Hendry County Project Server Rules and Regulations
Welcome to Hendry County Project! Our goal is to provide a respectful, immersive, and inclusive roleplay environment. To ensure that everyone enjoys their time here, we’ve established the following comprehensive rules and regulations. Violations will result in warnings, kicks, or bans, depending on the severity.
1. Respectful Behavior and Zero Tolerance for Slurs
Racism and Offensive Language:
Racism in any form, including derogatory slang or offensive terms, is strictly prohibited.
Any language or behavior that discriminates against race, ethnicity, or nationality will result in disciplinary action.
Homophobic and Gender Offensive Slurs:
Homophobic, transphobic, or gender-based slurs are prohibited in both IC and OOC interactions.
Immediate Consequences:
A single serious violation may result in immediate removal from the server.
2. Green Zone Rules
Green zones are designated areas where hostile or violent RP is prohibited.
No violence, shooting, robbery, kidnapping, or criminal activity is permitted in protected areas such as police departments, hospitals, or job centers.
Green zones exist to provide safe areas for non-hostile interactions and RP resets.
3. Sexual Roleplay (ERP)
Any form of sexual roleplay is completely prohibited, whether public, private, consensual, or otherwise.
4. Gruesome Roleplay
Gruesome RP includes torture, extreme violence, gore, and other highly graphic content.
Torture or similarly graphic RP may only occur when explicit consent is given by every involved player.
5. Mental Health Roleplay
Roleplay portraying depression, self-harm, suicide, abuse, trauma, or similar serious mental-health scenarios is prohibited.
6. No Random Deathmatch (RDM)
Attacking or killing another player without valid roleplay context or reasoning is prohibited.
7. No Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)
Using a vehicle to intentionally harm, kill, or disrupt another player without valid RP justification is prohibited.
8. Scene Re-Entry
If you successfully evade or escape a scene, do not immediately return to that location or re-enter the same active situation.
9. New Life Rule (NLR)
If your character dies during a roleplay scenario, you must forget the details of that scene and may not return for revenge or use knowledge from it.
10. Priority Calls and Priority Cooldown
Priority RP includes major incidents such as bank robberies, hostage situations, and large-scale emergencies.
When a priority ends, players must respect the server’s priority cooldown before beginning another major scenario.
11. Combat Logging
Disconnecting from the server to avoid arrest, death, detention, or other roleplay consequences is prohibited.
If you disconnect unintentionally, return as soon as possible and notify the involved parties.
12. Banned Scenarios
Terrorism RP, school shootings, RP based on real-world tragedies, and excessively graphic scenarios are prohibited.
13. Cheating and Modding
Cheating, hacking, aimbots, ESP, unauthorized mods, or third-party tools used to gain an unfair advantage are prohibited.
14. LEO Impersonation
Players may not impersonate law enforcement without authorization.
Players must officially belong to a law-enforcement department to roleplay as an officer.
Police vehicles may not be stolen unless specifically permitted by a Certified Civilian supervisor.
15. Vehicle Restrictions
Supercars and other unrealistic high-performance vehicles are not permitted in areas where they do not fit the server setting.
16. Additional Guidelines
Treat all players, staff members, and community members with respect.
Keep OOC conflicts out of IC roleplay.
Rules may be updated as the server evolves.
Backend recruiting is prohibited, including promoting competing communities through profiles or bios.
17. Pursuits and Realistic Evasion
Vehicle and foot pursuits must remain realistic, fair, and immersive.
Drive according to the capabilities of your vehicle and do not abuse crashes, off-road terrain, map mechanics, or unrealistic stunts simply to escape.
Foot pursuits may not involve bunny-hopping, impossible parkour, stamina abuse, or map exploits.
Vehicle switching must be realistic and logically established through RP.
Law enforcement must follow department SOPs, while criminals must accept that not every pursuit is escapable.
18. Powergaming & Metagaming
Powergaming: Forcing unrealistic actions, outcomes, or scenarios on other players without allowing proper response is prohibited.
Metagaming: Using Discord, streams, chats, or other OOC information to gain IC knowledge is prohibited.
19. Fail Roleplay & Value of Life
Players must realistically value their character’s life and act with appropriate self-preservation.
Ignoring injuries, major crashes, gunshots, or serious threats is considered Fail RP.
20. Fear Roleplay
Players must portray realistic fear when faced with serious danger, weapons, or overwhelming force.
21. Robbery, Hostage, & Kidnapping Rules
Robberies require valid RP reasoning and may not target new players, AFK players, or players in green zones.
Hostages must be real players and must be treated realistically.
Kidnapping must remain RP-driven, reasonable, and progress meaningfully.
22. EMS, Injury, & Medical Roleplay
Injuries must be roleplayed accurately and consistently.
EMS scenes must be respected and medical outcomes may not be forced onto EMS players.
23. Character Creation & Development
Characters should have realistic names, backgrounds, and progression.
Joke, meme, or celebrity characters are prohibited.
24. Crime Escalation & Cooldowns
Crime must escalate logically through RP progression.
Major crimes and priority scenarios may not be continuously chained together.
25. Gangs, Crews, & Organizations
Gangs and organizations require staff approval.
Colors, symbols, uniforms, and membership should remain consistent and realistic.
26. Staff Interaction & Administrative Authority
Staff decisions during active scenes are final.
Appeals should be handled through official tickets rather than public arguments.
27. Communication & Voice Rules
Players may not communicate while dead, downed, or incapacitated.
External calls or Discord may not be used to bypass in-game communication restrictions.
28. Economy, Items, & Exploit Abuse
Item duplication, exploit abuse, unrealistic transfers, and asset hiding are prohibited.
29. Streaming, Privacy, & Harassment
Stream sniping and targeting players because they are streaming are prohibited.
Do not reveal player locations or information through streams.
30. Rule Awareness & Enforcement
All players are responsible for knowing and following the rules.
Staff may use discretion based on severity, context, and player history.
31. Server Philosophy & Final Notes
Hendry County Project prioritizes story-driven, realistic, and respectful roleplay over winning scenarios or exploiting mechanics.
32. Third-Party Reporting & Rule Enforcement
Rule reports should include clear supporting evidence.
Clips should contain enough context before and after the incident to fairly evaluate what happened.
False, misleading, or manipulated reports may result in disciplinary action.
33. Bug & Exploit Abuse
Known bugs and exploits may not be intentionally abused.
Discovered exploits should be reported to staff immediately.
34. Character Storage & Asset Safety
Players may not move money, vehicles, or items between characters to avoid consequences.
Characters may not be deleted simply to avoid punishment or RP outcomes.
35. Alternative Characters
Your own characters may not interact, share information, transfer assets, or artificially benefit one another.
36. Criminal Intel & Investigation Realism
Players may not instantly recognize masked or disguised characters without valid RP history.
Voice recognition requires prior established interaction.
37. Police Identification & Arrest Standards
Law-enforcement officers must identify themselves when reasonably possible unless exigent circumstances apply.
Civilians must respond appropriately to lawful orders and may not resist without RP justification.
38. Vehicle & Equipment Realism
Unrealistic vehicle upgrades and unauthorized emergency equipment are prohibited.
Civilian vehicles may not use police-style emergency equipment.
39. Event Roleplay Rules
Staff-announced event rules may temporarily override standard rules.
Staff directions during events are final and intentional disruption is prohibited.
40. Name, Username, & Identity Rules
Discord, FiveM, and in-game names must remain appropriate and may not impersonate others.
41. OOC Conduct & Community Representation
Harassment tied to server RP may be addressed even when it occurs outside the server.
Community members should represent Hendry County Project professionally on outside platforms.
42. Whitelisted Role Standards
Whitelisted roles such as LEO, EMS, and other approved departments must follow their SOPs and maintain professional standards.
43. Consent & Player Comfort
Players may stop roleplay that makes them uncomfortable.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time and staff may end scenes when boundaries are crossed.
44. Scene Ownership & RP Flow
Players should avoid stacking unrelated scenes, rushing RP, or forcing outcomes into active situations.
45. Rule Interpretation & Staff Discretion Clause
Staff have final authority when interpreting rules and addressing loophole abuse.
Intent, context, and severity may be considered when determining punishment.
46. Zero Tolerance & Rule Circumvention
Attempting to bypass, exploit, loophole, or deliberately violate the spirit of server rules is prohibited.
Coordinating actions to avoid consequences or staff oversight may result in disciplinary action.
Consequences may include warnings, strikes, suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity.
Conclusion
Hendry County Project is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and immersive roleplay environment. By following these rules, you help maintain a community where realistic storytelling, creativity, fairness, and respect can thrive.
